The P219E is a new code to me. A bit of research says cleaning the MAF may fix it. In cases where the A/F ratio sensor has been replaced it may take a while for carbon to be burnt out of the system. You can help this by using and extreme fuel system and catalytic converter cleaner. The P0301 code means that cylinder 1 has a misfire and isn't burning fuel properly. Not sure I follow you. The alternator should have a main wire going to the battery, and a plug with 3 wires molded into it. It should be almost impossible to hook it up wrong. I can get you the diagram but I don't know if it will help much.You may need to go to a salvage yard and get a wiring harness to fit the alternator plug. On a 2000 model 4 cyl the red wire goes to the gauges fuse, the yellow wire goes to the warning light, and the small white wire goes to the 7.5amp alternator fuse.

Pull the unit out and have it repaired by a factory authorized repair station in your area or through the mail at one of the many online repair websites
