Hi, this depends on the version of the copier that you're using. Usually, if you check in the settings/print section, you'll see an option for features like 2-sided printing, number of copies etc. You should also find the option for choosing color/non-color here as well. If error still persists, please alter the size of your paper to one that's appropriate for the printer or change the settings of the printer to allow for the paper size. This is an erroneous error. The Toshiba doesn't understand the file system on the USB Memory Stick and/or how to process the PDF file. You can't 'reboot the computer', because there isn't one. Load the PDF file _to_ a computer and print from there. The will normally print documents or images from USB stick. am facing a frequent problem with the hard disk which requires to change it , i heared about a firmware update which can restore the harddisk back to work without replacing it with another working one 'what i do is to grab a working one from another machine and replace' ,??!! plesse forgive me am not that proffesional , yet i despertly need someone to point me to the right direction , thanks in advance

You can remover the toner container and shake it and reinstall and see if that works.

Let me hope your using the wright Toner If not check the chip where the cartridge sit or make sure you re-align the front cover for toner

Could be the GPU has over heated and requires re balling with hot air or a commercial solder rework station.
