When finish shredding there is paper left stuck in the teeth of the shredder. How can I fix this?

Don't worry about it. You can pick them out if you want, but they are self cleaning. Spray the blades with WD40 or 3inOne Garage Door Lube before using the shredder and will soften and get cleaned out.

Check the damper and see if there is ink it in. There might be an air leak. If there isn't any ink in the damper, or the plastic on the damper looks puffy then replace it. There is a rubber washer in those that fail sometimes as well.
