My jazzy wheelchair is stuck at one speed and the orange lights for speed are blinking orange, how do I fix this?
If your Jazzy wheelchair is stuck at one speed and the orange lights for speed are blinking orange, it is likely that there is a problem with the speed control module. This could be caused by a malfunction in the module itself, or by a problem with the wiring or connections.
Here are a few things you can try to fix the issue:
- Check the connections of the wiring to make sure that all connections are secure and not corroded.
- Check that the battery is charged, in case the issue is caused by low power.
- Try resetting the controller. Depending on the model of your Jazzy wheelchair, there may be a reset button or a specific sequence of buttons to press in order to reset the controller. Check the manual of your device or consult the manufacture website for specific instruction.
- Test the speed control module with a multimeter to check for continuity or test the wiring connections.
If the problem persist after trying the above solutions, it would likely need to be repaired by a qualified technician. It would be best to contact the manufacturer or an authorized repair center for a diagnosis and estimate for repair. They may also have information on warranty or options on getting a replacement if required.
Please note, opening the controller and tampering with the internal component can further damage the controller and will void any warranty it might have
My jazzy charges, and runs fine and has batteries approx 3 months old, but the green lights showing it's fully charged won't come on
There are a few things you can try to troubleshoot this issue:
- Check the charging cables and port for any visible damage or debris. Clean the charging port with a dry cloth if necessary.
- Try charging the scooter with a different charging cable or power outlet to rule out any problems with the cables or outlets.
- If the scooter is still not charging, the problem may be with the battery itself. Try charging the battery separately from the scooter using a compatible charger.
- If the battery is not charging even when removed from the scooter, it may be faulty and need to be replaced.
If none of these steps help, it's possible that there is an issue with the scooter itself. In this case, it may be best to take it to a qualified repair technician for further diagnostics and repair.
My scales turn on but still do not work.
Hi,
Please first place an excercise weight on the scale . The scale might be attempting to calibrate it's sensors before being able to properly weight unknown items. After 30 seconds, it might ask you for some kind of input to specify the weight of the test item. Otherwise, you'll need to factory reset your scale.
Thank you.
