Hi, I'm reading that it has a windows operating system. In this case, I would open setting and search for the "factory reset" option within that folder. Otherwise, you can just use the general desktop search to search for the "factory reset" option and choose that and follow the instructions on screen to activate the factory reset. But I would ask that you back up any data first because all data on the device will be deleted. Thank you.

Depending on this style, there may be a cap on the end that you can remove and slide out the old batteries and slide in the new batteries. Be sure that they are facing the correct direction. Another style will have a bottom piece that turns a little bit and then comes right off exposing the three AA batteries.

Below the link is battery fro your laptop . if cant buy the laptop from the link , just take the model and buy from local market and changing the battery is is very easy , you do it by pressing the releasing buttons from laptop back.

It's most likely a bad video or main board. You should be able to find one on ebay, and a "how to replace" video on you tube. Not too hard to replace. Good luck...
