If it is having trouble igniting, I would have it checked by a qualified gas safe certified customer. It could be the igniter need readjusting or the insulator cleaning due to moistur from the rain contaminating the burner. I am sure it will only cost fish and chips or so for someone who knows to fix it or at least, make sure it is safe.

Question edited for clarity. Are you sure is is P11 and not PH? There is no P11 code. The first thing to try is to turn everything off at the breaker for at least 2 hours and power up. Wait 15 minutes and switch on the unit.
