The timer has a brown and black going. that's ok. but coming out is a red, an orange, a brown and a white. not sure which to join up.

Join the orange to the red wire, and then join the brown to the white wire. I have done that and everything is working perfectly (except of course the pre-programming which the clock would do).

When my gourmet classic double electric oven stopped working i asummed it was the fuse but i dont know where it is could u plese help me

You must remove the cabinet from around the ovens to access the parts.
