The power went out and then the elements and oven

This solution only really applies to oven elements only. I haven't experienced it with hotplate elements as they are not normally controlled by the timer. When you have an electronic timer and there is a blackout the timer normally reverts to auto. function when the power comes back on. You have to set it back to manual before the oven will work. Turn the oven element to ON and the set it to manual. The oven element indicator light will light and the oven will work.

The large burner on stove keeps clicking away on

The ignitor switch for that burner is bad. It is located behind the control knob for that burner.

All 4 igniters are constantly on the only way to

This is usually caused by water getting to an igniter switch during cleaning, or from a boil over / spill. Disconnect power and let it dry out. It may take a few hours or a day, but should be fine after it has had a chance to dry out.

When you dont replace the ceramic top that ios cracked could cause issues in your circuit board. The best thing t do is buy a new stove. The parts nad labor along is going to cost you about the same price as a new one.

Cant get food stains removed from top of stove

I recommend a product called of all things "barkeepers friend". It comes in a can with holes in the top to sprinkle the powder out of.

Moisten the stubborn area and sprinkle this product on the stain then add enough water to make a paste. Make sure the paste covers the entire stain. LET IT SIT FOR AT LEAST TEN MINUTES. Then rub with a wet cloth. It always works for me and I have a black stove.

Cnverting from l.p to nat. gas

Most times you have to unscrew the hex nut on top of the regulator (right where the gas line connects) and flip the plunger inside. It usually shows LP on one side and NAT on the other.

One of my burners is only giving a tiny amount of gas

Get a needle, and put it through every one of the small holes where the gas comes out. If that doesnt work you should be able to just lift the burner off gas line and check to see if it is clogged with anyting. I once found a dead bettle blocking the gas line....
