Is there a seal between the nozzle and the tip? I have glue leaking out everywhere??
No, no seal. The heating element is just a heated tube with the nozzle simply threaded into its end. The heating element in your glue gun may be cracked. Or... possibly... you (or someone in your household) got it hot and laid it down and left it that way for a LONG time, and the melted glue backed up inside the heating element. A glue gun should never be laid on its side while hot but idle, especially for long periods of time.

Where can i buy 8mm staples for powerfix profi
Haven't been able to find any 8mm staples, but an extra 2mm staple exists. Search Google for "METAL STAPLE GUN STAPLES 10mm x 11.3mm x 1.2mm" It comes back with Am-Tech staples available at: http://www.kozy-homes.co.uk/products/09554-01,1000-metal-staple-gun-staples-10mm-x-11-3mm-x-1-2mmThese staple dimensions fit those given on the side of the stapler and in the manual. Kozy-Homes also have an eBay shop and the price may be cheaper there.
