How do you change the blade in a Stanley fat max knife 789

Don't touch the blade by hand use a pair of pliers. There should be a screw in the center of the handle, just remove it and you will see how to remove the blade.https://youtu.be/pFnbiw88Z8c

I can't figure out how to add new blades. I can't find anything on Stanley website.

if this a tape measure, then pull the old tape all the way out. hold the spring end, unhook the tape and put the new tape onto the spring end. Let it wind back up
