Game freezes
Make sure that your system meets minimum requirement for playing it. Game may freeze due to less available hard disk, low capacity RAM and processor. So I would suggest you to follow these simple tips to avoid your games from freezing:-- Disinfect your system using some reliable antivirus program.- Upgrade hardware (RAM, CPU, graphics card, etc.)- Uninstall unnecessary programs (Games, crapware, toolbars, etc.)- Click Start> 'Run' Type msconfig > Enter > Start Up. Uncheck the boxes for the programs that you think you may not use often.- Clean all the junk files, registry errors and all the cache (Must use reliable program like I always use PCFresher for it.)Thank You :-)
When requested to install told that not enough
It may need additional temporary space. Now you say youhave 32 GB and it requires 39 GB. That's 39 GB- 4 GB= 35leaving a 3 GB play room. Too close for comfort. Eliminatethose videos of the dog and cat playing, and you'll have tonsof space.
Can't Delete
I'm not sure there is a way to delete all data. One way might be to hit A, B, X, Y, L, and R, but I can't guarantee that will work. If not, just let Amazon know that the data cannot be deleted and they can just overwrite the save data with a new game.

How to fix a badly scratched up disk
Try peanut butter. After smearing it on the disk, wipe it off so that there is no peanut butter left. Make sure that there is none that is left to be seen. Then try to play the disk again.

Is your disc scratched or dirty?
If so, the game could be hanging because
it can't load the results screen.
If that seems to be the problem, I'd suggest getting the disc resurfaced at a video store or games store.
Hard disc space required
You need to free up some room on your computer. The game looks like it is requiring 39-40 gb of free disk space, and your pc only has 29gb of room. Try lookin at big hunks of media that is saved on your desktop. Normally video files are the largest. If you don't need them delete them. This will free up some space to install the software.

There is a couple of things that you can try here first off.
The condition of the disk if there is any scratches on it please get it repaired from a video game store or a movie store.
If you have a weak or slow internet connection you may need to borrow a buddies connection.
If it is not installing it on your hard drive then try it out on another machine to see if it is the game or the machine.
if the game is the issue then get it repaired or replaced.
if the system is the issue then the laser lens may need to be cleaned or replaced
