Do one thing try to reset the sportline 925 to factory default. for that do the following
1. Press and hold the MODE, START/STOP and RESET buttons same time for 5 seconds. This will reset the unit.
2. After reset press and hold any button for 3 seconds. (Time/Date, User Profiles and Memory files will be reset to factory defaults you have to set it back)

To go to the heart rate zone press the MODE button three times.

I had the same thing. I called tech support for the "z" explaination. It means that one or both of your zone alarms are turned on.

You just can go to your nearest mall and go to the jewelry and watch department and have it replaced or if it's new yet, you can bring/send it back to the seller. They may have watch technicians to fix it or they may even replace it (if it's broken under normal condition such as factory defect). check the battery of your watch. or the battery of the chest sensor.

It is much better if you could give the complete detail of your watch the brand and the model thank's
