The PIN and PUK are features of the SIM card, so the best port of call is the service provider of said SIM. Make sure you've not tried to guess or enter random numbers, as doing this ten times will render either the SIM or (worse) the device unusable.

There should be an email application already in your list of apps, you can set your account up through there. Also if you would prefer the gmail app, it might be installed on your device already. If not then you can go to the playstore in your apps and download gmail then login through that app.

im pretty sure i cant put websites here because of advertising issues but just type you phone model name and add parts in the end in google and you will quickly find a website that sells parts. but keep in mind if the phone is rare/ out of production it will be harder to find parts
