There is nothing you can do. Try taking to a repair shop

Check the battery to see if the sides are bulging in the middle. Do a spin test. Take the battery and put it on a flat surface, then spin it like a top. If it spins at all, the sides are not flat and the contacts are moving away from the contacts in the phone.

First method:

1. If the display is off, hold down the Power button to turn it back on.
2. After that, from the Main Menu enter Settings.
3. Then find and select Phone.
4. In the next step choose Phone Managment and tap Default Settings.

Second method:

1. Start by downloading PC Companion, for example from here: http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/pc-companion/

4. In the next step choose option "Support Zone New!", and click "Start".
5. Wait for the program to install the appropriate add-on.
6. After that you will see next window with 3 options.

9. Now follow the instructions and accept all informations.
10. Please be patient and wait until preparing computer for software update is complete.
11. Afterwards choose your phone / tablet model.

With the phone on

K800i inactive sim plus found this on the internet. it may be the software needs reloading, if you download the "sony ericsson pc companion" to your pc you can connect your 800i by usb lead, then click on the companion panel for updates, it will give you the option to repair phone, select this option and all your software will be renewed. or if you prefer to contact orange first just go onto their website and the phone numbers will be there. (AND THIS) U just istall p.c. suit of sonyerricsson and take backup of ur data,, then u need to flash ur handset from sony erricson service centre. Sounds as if you need to get your resceipt and take it and the phone back to dealer/seller for a fix or replacement or refund. Being just 4mnths old should still be well with in warrentry.
