Hi, LCD panel of the cellphone is dead. You need to change it..

1st, might your mobile is unlock via patch only,a temporary unlock,it means everytime you program or update your mobile,the patch will be lost & this will be lock again,which means its not a permanent unlock...

if you want it permanent,go to any mobile service center and tell them to unlock it permanently.

now if it is permanent,you can update your mobile all you want...

If there is a red light and the device is not functional this means that the phone is in need of service.

i would advice you to take your mobile device to a mobile store for service.

Update the software using PC suite or through GPRS. The first option is better for your problem.

go to ur phone company , and ask to get a mifi h.i.p sims card from them for internet web acess along with networking..

maybe the application or the you trying to open is not compatible to yuor phoe

From Menu option choose Contacts>Options>Advanced>Auto Save On Sim.
This will save any new contact added to your phone.

From Menu option choose Contacts>Options>Advanced>Copy To SIM.
This will save all existing contact on your SIM.

You should select network selection mode as Automatic.
After selecting Automatic code, restart device once.

You can try a master reset if the update does not work.

Go to Menu > Settings > Master reset.
If the phone asks for the phone lock code you should enter 0000 (unless you have changed this code).
Seems to be a very common error. Seems like if master rest doesnt work you will either need to re-flad firmware or get replacement.

you can try some data recovery software. You can seehttp://www.asoftech.com/adr/It tells the steps how to perform data recovery.If above does not work, you may have to format the memory stick (use quick format), and then use above mentioned software to scan again the memory stick and recover your files.

Go to a mobile repairing shop.....ask them to unlock the card but if you don;t want to lose your data then copy all the data using your phone usb and then give them the card they will unlock that after unlocking it will be empty...now you can again copy your data to your card......
