I had this problem. I fixed it doing follow: hold volume keys together, so the indicator is flashed red and green (reset to default settings mode). Then press power button to turn the headset off. Then turn it on again and try to find the headset again from my phone. Then select "pair" from phone menu and typed "0000". The led stopped flashing and headset was connected. Before this my phone couldn't see the headset at all. Hope it will help you! (sorry for my English, I'm from Russia =))

My Sony Bluetooth problem
Deleting files from your memory card is not enough. Usually the files received threw bluetooth will stored to phone memory and then prompted to store somewhere else by the user. So delete/move unwanted files from phone memory to memory card. Delete all the messages stored in your SIM card too.

Can't charge the hbh-608
The problem is the connection points. Take a pecil reaser and rub it back and forth across the coper strip. Do this to both the earpiece and the end of the charger chord. This is what fixed it for me.

blinking red and green means the headset is in pairing mode and ready to be connected to your phone. This means it is either the first time you have paired the headset or you have depressed the volume +/- buttons simultaneously for more than 5 seconds. If your phone cannot find the headset, it may be a compatibility issue. Try pairing the headset with a friends phone, possibly a sony ericsson. Good luck.
Problems with connectivity. No signal.
I am having this problem as well.
A repair guy told me its probably the antenna's connections to the circuit board, but he couldn't fix it.
I'm searching for a solution...
Bluetooth headset hb600 does not pair up to k800i
Hold down the volume buttons on the side till the button on the front turns red. Then try to pair, your phone should find it right away...put in 0000 and push connect on your phone. I just paired it with my iphone.

My phone is off but it wont turns on
Ensure the battery has a good charge on it, and attempt to turn the item on while plugged in to the charger.
If this does not work, I would return it for a replacement.
UNABLE TO PAIR MY BLUETOOTH
Try to hold the volume command on - and + both
It will recognize the device when searching for bluetooth headset.
