First, try to perform Master reset, if this do not cure your problem. Then the internal buzzer is damaged, it needs replacement.

you just need to find a free driver to download for the computer to be able to read the device. After the driver is downloaded and installed, it should read automatically. At least that's how it works with windows vista. IF you have XP, you might need to run the wizard after the driver is installed

Connect it the same way you connected it to the other phone, just make sure bluetooth is on on the phone.

try 1234 or 1111

First you have to check if the bluetooth is universal or works with your mobile phone; if it does then it could be that your phone has been set not to be visible to any device. You can change that by going to the bluetooth settings or option and change the visibility setting.

you need to press and hold the buton until the light stays on to get into pairing mode, when on, go to your phones bluetooth settings, search for bluetooth devices, then when it finds the headset a code will be requested, this is 0000, enter this and the light will flash intermittently telling you its paired with your phone.

1)Turn on the blue tooth headset
2)Turn on bluetooth on your phone and search for devices.
3)When it finds the device select it and click connect.

Did you check the headset'sbattery. May be its drained and needs to be replaced.

Press and hold down the headset volume key in the centre. Hold it for about 5 sec. The led will now flash on/off in red. This is the pairing mode. Set your mobile phone to blue tooth discovery mode,until it finds the headset, key in the pass key, 0000. It should now work. You may need to set the phone to select the headset as an automatic connection so it connects whenever it is on and in range.

1. Turn on the blue tooth headset
2. Press both volumes keys together so light flashes red/green
3. turn on phones blue tooth
4. Find device and select.

What do you mean by mobile tracker? to find the phone using gps? because the w580i doesnt have that feauture. i know cause i have the phone.

You should press both + and - button on your head set and wait until green light turns into red.

turn on the device then hold down both volume buttons on the side this will allow your phone to find and add the device to your phone

try pressing the vol+ and vol- buttons at the same time
for 5-10 seconds. This resets the headset

Figured out the problem, If you hold the Volume + and - buttons for 5+ seconds, The blue tooth will go into Search mode and flash green and red, This will allow you to connect it to new devices, If it was already connected to a previous device everytime you turn it on its searching for the older device, You have to pair it with the newer device
