Hi, I hate to say this but I think you should get a new TV. They are getting cheaper in stores. Sony is not making those TV's anymore. Flat panels are in now a days. If you still want to repair it. Try ebay or other sites. Good luck.

Is it you power supply board if so change the caps1000 uf 25v

Fault with the main power supply regulator board. Check and replace damaged component/s at its main power regulator [SMPS] section circuit. Contact any service technician. Could just be a power issue. I have not done much with CRT televisions except smash them to bits. I would open it up and try and look for anything obvious. Since it is taking so long to come on, I am wandering if there is a cap that is failing. It will be hard to know if there is no visual evidence of failure, and the only true way to measure is with an ESR meter.

Power supply. Disassemble and be careful tv is not plugged in. Check capacitors on power supply for bulges on top. Replace but make sure u deenergize before removal by touching the two poles together. I use a small nail file

Two blinks - B+ over current protection (OCP), unit goes to the standby mode then displays the 2 blink fault.
