USB Driver for dsr pdx10
You do not need drivers to get the footage from tape to a Mac.
You do require a firewire cable and use iMovie or Final Cut to capture.

My Sont HandyCam DCR-SR82 screen
The most likely cause for this is a damaged or defective flexible ribbon cable that connects the LCD to the camera body. This will require disassembling the camera and LCD unit to repair and can be done fairly inexpensively. However, it's not really a user serviceable problem and should be done by a qualified service technician.
My name is Rick and I'm a professional repair technician with over 20 years in the business and have repaired many of these. I'm semi retired and work from home with little overhead so I can keep repair costs low. If you decide to have the camera repaired, please click HERE for a directory listing that suits your needs.

Plug-in FP & FV batteries show "Not Compatible
I have both a SONY digital tape video camera (DCR HC32) and an all digital SD card Sony video camera (HDR PJ260). Each take the plug-in style battery packs which are almost identical in the way they plug into the camera body.
Recently two of my fully recharged batteries when installed on the camera showed an error message of 04.00 with the message this battery is incompatible with this camera.
These are tried and true batteries used for a couple of years so the message had to be incorrect.
I have found the solution.
Take the battery back off your camera. Look carefully at where the battery plugs into. You will find three copper fins that accept the slots of the battery pack.
These fins get dirty. They may not look like they are but after carefully scratching all the metal surfaces with a teeny tiny jewelers screwdriver, the battery was reinserted and the problem disappeared.
SONY DCR-TRV22E CONNECTING TO WINDOWS 7
after extensive searching I can't find a usb driver for windows 7 . Unfortunately the maker no longer supports later than windows 2000 for their driver. You might be able to run vmware and pretend to have an operating system that is an earlier version like windows 2000 or XP and run a driver in it for the pretend operating system .https://esupport.sony.com/US/p/model-home.pl?mdl=DCRTRV22&template_id=1®ion_id=1&tab=download#/downloadTabhttps://www.vmware.com/au.htmlhttps://www.vmware.com/support/ws5/doc/ws_newguest_setup_simple_steps.htmlI do not think this camera has firewirebut it may have a memory stickmaybe you could look at if you can get a memory stick reader that suits its memory stick.
Problems uploading videos
Suggest you pull the memory card from the camera and read it directly on your computer. You can get a USB reader for whatever card format the camera uses.
