You haven't described what the symptom is. You say you replaced the batteries, but did you replace them correctly with the battery wiring, making sure all connections are tight and turning on the key..what does the battery charge meter indicate?

The Sonic has an off board charger. IF the scooter is not charging, you may need to replace it. If you a technically inclined, you can measure the voltage out of the charger, it should be more than 28 V. You may need to contact Pride for more help.

Change the filter, replace the neb kit and cup, that should help.

How old are the batteries? When you connect the charger, if the charger indicates the batteries are charged within a few minutes and the battery power does not last more than 1-2 hours or less, it may indicate that that the batteries will not take a charge anymore and need to be replaced.
If the battery indicator on the scooter says the batteries are charged but the scooter still will not move, make sure the freewheel lever is in the drive position.

Make sure the tubes are seated firmly. If that does not do it take it to a audio repair tech. Could be a variety of things.

You can check the voltage going to the motors. The clicking you hear is the brake releasing. most likely, I bet water or something got on the controls and the signal is not getting to the controller. I hope its not the controller, they list for around $350.
