if you are trying to copy dvds that are copyright protected the program knows that and won't let you
there is also a compression issue you have to use a large volume disk to copy some /most movies over 4.7 gig

heres what you do go to dvd-hd decrypter and down load the free version then go to dvd shrink and down load that program this will allow you to decrypt and to shrink you dvd,s to the 4.7 gig
then you can copy them

did you mount the ISO to your hard drive. and if u need something from the .msi file, just change .msi to .txt please vote for me helping you!
