Installing my Sonic Record Now
Does it say any driver specifically is missing? Can you write down the actual error you are getting and send it to me in here? Do all other programs function correctly? It may just be a compatibility issue with Record Now... I am checking into this, please respond back with a little more info on the error.
Thanks
Tim

Hi,
It seems that particular application(Sonic) files might have got corrupted or not installed properly.
So you can try these steps:
1. Start -> Run -> Type %temp% -> click OK -> delete all the files( if you are not able to delete any files please skip those files)
2. Start -> Start -> Run -> Type temp -> click OK -> delete all the files ( if you are not able to delete any files please skip those files)
2.Click on start -> Run -> msconfig -> click on services tab -> on the same window at the left bottom you could see "hide all microsoft" option, put a check mark for hide all microsoft option and then disable all the services -> go to the startup tab -> right bottom you could see disable all -> click on disable all -> click on apply -> ok -> click on restart on the popup.

Make sure you put a check mark for "Hide all Microsoft" in the service tab before you disable all the services.

I don't have a sound in windows 7..how do i make
Check the Device Manager in the Control Panel to see if the audio device is installed properly.
Could be that you need to (re)install the
sound driver. If it is only online sound that is a problem, you might need to reinstall the Abobe Flash Player or Apple QuickTime.
I need driver/drivers for Sonic
Sonic RecordNow Deluxe 7.3 is an old burn software which do not need any drivers to run the program. If your New PC is running on OS Win 7, the software is not compatible with Win 7 & Vista. The version 10 is compatible.
Hope it helps.
Trying to copy a DVD--when I insert a blank DVD,
1. your DVD blank may be rejected due to the program compatibility.
2. the DVD that is being copied was burn at a certain speed and this may have an affect on the
copy of the original.
3. the blank DVD should have the same capacity as the original or better that is if the
DVD blank has the capacity of 4.5 GB and the original is 8.5 GB then the copy has
reached it's capacity and will be ejected by the DVD burner.
I hope this helps. Have a great day.

I am not able to burn a cd
If you are unable to burn the CD it could be due to software, Hardware or system compatibility problem
As you have not provided any detailed error code and operating system that you are using, hence I would suggest you to first check the minimum system requirements as follows:
Minimum System Requirements:
* Microsoft® Windows Vista™ (32- or 64-bit), SP1 is required, Windows® XP SP3 (32- or 64-bit), Windows® 7 Home Premium, Professional or Ultimate (32-or 64-bit)
* 1 GB of free hard disk space for typical installation of all components
* 1024x768, 16-bit color graphics card
* 16-bit Windows compatible sound card and speakers
* DirectX 9.0c or higher compatible sound card and graphics card
* Windows Media Player 10 or higher
* Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 or higher
* CD or DVD drive to install the software (for physical version only)
* CD or DVD recordable drive
Also, If you were unable to burn CD earlier with the same software however the problem started recently, the I would suggest you to perform the following action:
# Check the CD/DVD driver on your System from device manager
# Try to change the media (most of the time problem come from the writable disk that you might be using)
Restore the system to an earlier date if it was working earlier
To perform system restore...click on start...then go to all programs ..then click accessories ..then system tools and then system restore
Select a previous date highlighted i bold when it was working and click next...
If this is the first time you have installed the software, then problem could also be with software configuration
Try to burn the CD directly without using the Sonic software (directly from windows explorer)
Open Folder with contain the music file, right click on a particular file and click on send to... select you DVD/RW drive and try to burn it
Let me know the result...if you require further help...also if possible let me know the make and model of your system along with the operating system that you are using and error code in specific
Thanks
I had my computer "optimized"
Take it back to Office Depot and dem
and they fix it. They use a canned program that strips out programs they think MIGHT be bad. They have killed Sonic.
If you have your recovery disk it will be needed.
If this answers your question, I'd appreciate 4 thumbs. I do this for fun and do not get paid.
Lost operating instrutions
if it is wired (USB) no battery, if it is a wireless mouse then yes of course it has a battery, it would be on the bottom of the mouse under a small door most likely.

Do you not know the admin password to your OS? That's a problem when your apps leave 8GB staging files around in their application files.
What's the problem with deleting the larger files in the directory you mentioned? They all should be project files (hopefully some committed to disc successfully? And no longer of use?)
Temp files are a common issue. You can go into the settings for that application (RecordNow! Dlx.) and tell it not to keep all those files! You can run a temp file cleanup utility for WinXP or Vista or Win7 or whatever....
