All those types of places usually have a button that says forgot password. Press that and see how they will let you reset it! But if you don't have access to say for example the email you used to start it and they can reset it via sending you an email then click the link within to reset, you won't be able to. Various sites even can send you a code via text message etc....there is lots of diff ways our fave sites can reset our passwords we forgot. But a few are very crazy and cause you a headache that just making a new acct is easier & safer! you must complete a full disk check(your disk has bad blocks OR its FULL! ouch!). Hi, The best thing to do is remove both Skype & your camera-Display system then everything is uninstalled restart your PC once everything has restarted install your camera operating system restart your PC again, now install Skype restart PC again, now all should work perfectly. There are three factors with the quality of the calls in Skype. 1. How fast is the upload and download speed of the internet service being used (and also if many users are sharing it). 2. The quality of the headset/microphone and speakers being used. 3. The Skype software needs to be up to date and also the computer that it is installed on has sufficient RAM, CPU allocation for it. First thing to do would be to update your Skype. Open Skype, choose help. Choose Check for Updates. Good luck.

Realize that Skype is run by Microsoft, so it will likely use your password for your Microsoft Log In. If you changed if for another application (like XBOX, MS Office products, etc) then try logging in with that password first. If no luck, try the following: 1. go to https://www.skype.com 2. on upper right select sign in 3. in the drop-down menu select "Use Skype Online" 4. on the sign-in page, enter your email 5. on the "Enter Password" page, go to the bottom and select "Forgot My Password" 6. the next page will ask, "Why can't you sign in?" Select I forgot my password 7.On the "Recover your account" page enter your email and the letters for the CAPTCHA displayed. 8. On the "Verify your identity" page, enter the code from your app, or select the link at the bottom of the page that says, "Use a different verification option". If you select the link it will then ask for your email, and then hit the "Send Code" button. 9. Check your email for the code, and then enter it 10.
