I have skype on mine but not on mobile

Skype puts a huge drain on the battery, when the battery is under this type of load demand it gets hot. Make sure the battery doesn't look swollen, if it is remove it and put it in safe fire proof container and dispose of it as hazardous waste.

Try doing a hard reset without the SIM installed.

If you want to unlock a cell phone you are at the mercy of your carrier who has the code for your particular phone. Without the code all you can do is pound salt!

1. you need to sign out of Skype.
2. Then you go to Google click in the search box type Skype
3. In bold words it will say Skype
4. press it
5. look to find log in
6. put your name and password
7. if it doesn't work then click the help
8. it will give you information so follow that
9. and if then doesn't work then call a computer person
10. just so you know in 10 years old so don't juge if it doesn't work

Most phones that can run Skype already have at least one camera in them. Just download Skype (for example from the play store), and it will find the webcam. To install Skype you will need a Skype name and password. Do not lose them. Once it is set up, you can test skype by calling "test123" - though this will not test the camera.

On the Skype Login screen click the Can't access your account? link.
