I am black i want to look white

It truly depends on exactly how black you are. If light skinned, like my husband, you may wish to try straightening your hair and walking with your buttocks clinched a bit tighter.
That was a bit of levity, but if you are serious, you may wish to leave yourself alone and accept yourself for the beautiful person you are.
You will never look white - and why should you? That was not in the plan. I am Welsh and Celtic Irish. This is what I am. For better or for worse. Everyday there are people who dont necessarily feel like being themselves, but they go on.
They look toward a better day when they wont feel quite like they do today. And in the interim, they try to understand themselves and the World around them better.
Generations ago, African people had noble Kings, majestic warriors, brilliant civilisations, and wonderful families. In parts of Africa that still exists. Though it is the disconnected hearts, descendants ripped from the motherland due to slavery, placed in distant lands, those are the people who most need to umbrace the fact that these generations ago, had you lived then and at that time, the last thing you would want to do is be or look White.
It is the *perception* that is distorted, not just in you, my noble friend, but in others too. Ones who do not accept that the African person and their descendents are beautiful and splendid, as are we all. For simply being - human.
Please rethink your ideas. Not for me, but for you, in all of your glory, for the love of God, and all that is right. You deserve to love yourself.
