Hi John, Say you don't need the files on the drive. You could consider reformatting the drive. If you were to delete selected files only, there are software programs available on the official Mac. website and many other sources in the internet that you can download, install and use to do that. First make sure usb cable connected to harddrive is working fine. try it in different usb ports. Press windows key +R key so you can see run then type in run "devmgmt.msc" then press ok so you can see device manager uninstall all usb drivers then it automatic install usb drivers. then check. Also you need to change registry for that type in run "regedit" then press ok then you can see registry editor then locate below key. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E965-E325-11 CE-BFC1-08002BE10318} And remove upper filter and lower filter.Then restart computer then check. that means you are drawing to much juice out of the battery you are going to fry your altinator if you keep doing that get a bigger battery or compassitor you can do seriouse damage to you car and system as well could blow trust me i have done it.

The portion of the mouse right behind the two buttons slides back exposing the batteries. The snap action is quite strong so you have to push straight bak quite hard. A small screwdriver will help pushing back if youa re carefull

99.9% of all keyless locks do have a key tumbler, so in the event of a loss of battery power, you can still open and lock the lockset with a standard key. Most all key-less locks will indicate that the battery is getting low and needs to be changed, if you don't change the batery is time, the only way to open/close the lock defaults back to the actual key.

There is usually an access panel on the inside side of the lock that is opened by either sliding up or down on the panel, or removing the screw holding the cover in place or prying off the cover plate so you can get to the battery.

Remember the reason for having installed a "key-less" lock is to allow authorized access (family, friends, employees, etc.) to something without having to have duplicate keys that can be lost or stolen and to prevent having to re-key locks everytime something changes.
