NETWORK UNLOCK CODE:

To unlock your mobile you need to get network unlock code(NUC) from current service provider via phone or go to service provider office.

While you get the Network unlock code ,the service provider customer care officer will ask for your personal details to check whether the mobile belongs to you only.If they are satisfied with your answers they will provide with the network unlock code.

RESTRICTION CODE:

To get restriction code you have to call your previous service provider. This code is provided to prevent in case of theft taken place the other person cannot use your phone in other networks.

While you get the restriction code ,the previous service provider customer care officer will ask for your personal details to check whether the mobile belongs to you only.If they are satisfied with your answers they will provide with the restriction code.

These codes are always free.DONOT pay money for these codes.The website which provides these codes are fake.DONOT trust them.

Japanese phone are not really capable of unlocking but a quick google search should get you some results but there are multiple ways of doing this.

Contact Optus and make sure you have a Data Plan added on your account. If you don't and they have to add it, it may take up to 24 hours to be able to access the internet. (And, make sure when you call Optus ask them to check whether your phone is compatible with their system to use Data service.)

If, when you call Optus, you find out that you already pay for Internet Data Service and are not able to use it, request to speak with Tech Support. They'll troubleshoot the problem and have you up and running in no time.

remove the card & try to read it on a computer using a card reader. if you cannot read it there format it & add whatever songs you want to hear on your phone

it depends on what carrier you have. usually all you have to do is call them, go to there sight, or actually go to the carrier store. there will be different rates, for certain carriers you cant just get internet, you must either get an entirely new plan, or make a huge plan upgrade. call, email, or go to your local wireless carrier for details. if i did, i'm happy I could help! :)

Go to the Sharp website, www.sharp.com & choose your country, then the device for all downloads available, including the manual (often as a PDF file) & even software updates. This will help get you back on track & if all else fails, you can contact Sharp for help through the website as well (although I prefer to call them on the telephone, which you can also do) & get your machine working like new!
