The fuses are on the power board at the bottom of the unit. Fuses 901, 902 and 903 are for the left, right and sub speakers. The service manual is here, remember to unplug it from the supply. Laser assembly is probably ng and that part of unit needs replacement if it is not a proprietary design. If so, forget it since it will not be cost effective.

First place to troubleshoot for the above listed issues are the gears, if gear driven spindle, or the belt if it is belt driven. If gear driven spindle apply enough non-attractive lubricant to the gears so they function freely. If belt driven clean all surfaces that the belt touches to ensure all dust or debris is removed and then lubricate center spindle posts only so that they can rotate freely and with as little friction as possible.
