This sounds like a programming error. Using the remote try to push and hold down the exit button. If this does not correct the problem, unplug the unit for 15-20 seconds. Plug unit back up and hit the start button. The unit will most likely reprogram you desired settings. I hope this helps with your problem.

A vacuum with weak suction can turn a simple chore into an exhausting workout. Try this quick fix to make sure your vacuum picks up everything in its path. Step 1: Clean the bag or canister and filter. Check to make sure the bag or canister isn't full and that the filter isn't dirty.

You have an open Thermistor in the fuser unit or the code is false caused by power surge. To reset it, press P*C* and hit 14 start, then hit either ok or start again and machine chould reboot and clear code. If code returns then the thermistor is bad. You will have to have your local dealer replace either the themistor or the entire fuser unit.

Your laser diode on the reader head is either dirty or no longer operational, try cleaning the laser diode, if accesable, very gently with an ear bud in a circular pattern, if that doesnt sort the problem it will have to be repaired by a technitian.
