from the cotton holder you run the thread across to the thread tensioner you pull the thread through this then you thread it through the hole in the little arm that goes up and down with the needle you then bring the thread down to the needle passing it through the holder at the top of the needle then you thread the cotton through the needle make shore the needle is in the right way this should work

do you mean how to put bobbin in to the machine?

Skipped stitches 1. The needle is not inserted correctly Remove needle & reinsert needle( flat side towards the back of machine) 2. The needle is damaged replace with new needle 3. The wrong size needle is being used Choose a needle to suit the thread & fabric 4. The foot not attached correctly Check & attach correctly

do you have it threaded right meaning make sure that the thread is through all the loops then check to make sure the needle is in right
