Question edited to what I think you meant, but left your stuff to illustrate! All question need 'make model (what it is)' and spellchecked 'Senco' and 'magazine'. Question moved from Office Equipment to make model category.. This shows the parts diagram how it all fits. https://www.google.com/search?q=senco+sns41+parts+diagram Unfortunately no one has broken it and recorded the fix. You may have to ask the maker. https://www.google.com/search?q=senco+sns41+replace+magazine+spring+assembly ..

My Senco FramePro 602 will not shoot at angles

You can check a few things to identify the problem if your Senco FramePro 602 nail gun is not shooting at angles: Make sure the depth adjustment is adjusted appropriately for the material you are dealing with and the nail size by checking it. The cannon may not be able to fire at an angle if the depth adjustment is set too high. Verify the air pressure: Ensure that the nail gun's air pressure is set properly. For the FramePro 602, a pressure range of 70 to 120 PSI is advised. The nail gun may stop working if the air pressure is too low. Examine the magazine for any jammed nails that might be stopping the rifle from shooting properly. If you find any, remove them. Make sure the magazine is free of any debris and unblock any nails that are stuck. Verify the angle adjustment: Ensure that the nail gun's angle adjustment is correctly set for the angle you intend to utilize. The FramePro 602 is capable of firing at 21-degree and 28-degree angles, so make sure that the angle adjustment is set to the appropriate level.

My Senco Coil nailer, shoots one nail then shoots double nails

If your Senco coil nailer is shooting one nail followed by double nails, it could be due to several reasons:
  1. Jammed Nail: The first nail may have gotten stuck or jammed in the coil, and when the driver blade pushes down, it forces two nails to come out. You can try removing the jammed nail and reloading the coil.
  2. Depth Adjustment: The depth adjustment on your nailer may be set too deep, causing the driver blade to push down too far and shoot two nails instead of one. Try adjusting the depth control to a shallower setting.
  3. Worn Parts: The driver blade or nose piece may be worn out, causing it to push down unevenly and shoot double nails. In this case, you may need to replace these parts.
  4. Air Pressure: The air pressure on your compressor may be too high, causing the nailer to shoot double nails. Check the air pressure gauge and adjust it accordingly.
If you are unsure about how to troubleshoot or fix the issue, it's always best to consult the user manual or contact the manufacturer for assistance.

Senco SFN1+ Trigger assembly?

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble finding a replacement trigger assembly for your Senco SFN1+ nailer. It can be frustrating when a part is discontinued and difficult to find. One option you may consider is to contact Senco directly. They may have information on where to find a replacement part, or they may be able to suggest an alternative part that could work with your nailer. You can reach Senco's customer service department at 1-800-543-4596 or through their website. Another option is to search for the part on third-party websites such as eBay or Amazon. Sometimes, sellers on these websites may have discontinued parts in stock or may be able to source them from other suppliers. If neither of these options works, you may need to consider replacing the entire nailer or finding a professional repair service that could potentially fabricate a custom replacement part for you. I hope this information helps you find a solution to your problem!

Why does my SENCO SCN65 shoot 2 nails at a time

If the trigger is worn out it can cause the nail gun to double fire. If the gun is set to bump fire and it is double firing in this setting then replace the trigger valve. If the nailer is set to trigger fire, then leaky O rings on the trigger valve can cause this.

I asked a question about a senco pw put a o-ring kit in it air is leaking out the top exhaust.

Sometimes it takes long than 11 minutes for a question to be answered. You know we aren't Senco right? We are Fixya dot com and just have a Senco category. It sounds like an o-ring has moved when you put it back together. Did you lubricate the piston? https://www.google.com/search?q=senco+staple+gun+leaking+air Here is a link to Senco Service and Support.

My Senco FinishPro 10 won't retract, what is the problem?

Most often it is a jammed nail in the nose or a bent driver blade. If you can push the driver back up when the tool is unplugged, then I would replace the trigger valve and upper o-rings

I have senco fusion f18 I pull the trigger and motor makes noise but it will not fire at the same time flashing light at top of the nailer. I was using it at the time and everything was fine?

It most likely needs a firing mechanism - this can only be done at an authorized service center I believe.

Senco PC1010 fills with air to about 130lb then the unloader valve bleeds air down to about 100lb and compressor starts again cycling. Replaced whole switch assembly and does same thing.

An unloader valve when talking compressors, is used with engine driven compressors when it would be impractical to stop the engine when maximum pressure is reached and restarted when it drops significantly and so the system is designed to keep running and when the maximum working pressure is reached the unloader valve sends compressed air to the special compressor cylinder head where the piston of a small pneumatic ram lifts the compressor intake valve from it's seat preventing it pumping until the pressure falls. This system is also used with electrically powered units when for reasons of light weight and/or economy the electric motor is under-powered. The unloader valve keeps providing air to the compressor head until the pressure falls which is inevitable as there is invariably leakage... Adequately powered electrically powered compressors do not need the unloader valve system and instead use a pressure switch that if correctly fitted does not leak or at least should not leak. If your unit leaks listening through a short length of hose will help locate the area of the leak and a little soap solution will narrow the search even further (disconnected from the mains power).

Senco fusion f18 Brad nailer was going fine then all off a sudden won't fire. Push in pull trigger motor works then light at the top of the nailer flashes but still not firing a nail please help?

Most likely needs the entire actuator assembly - my suggestion is bring it to an authorized Senco repair center, I think the actuator has a lifetime warranty. If not warranty, its definitely not worth repair, the actuator is 3/4 the cost of the tool new.

Senco pw staple gun oring replacement, valve cap and inner trigger gun does not fire no air leaks only when trigger is pulled please help

Most of the time this symptom is actually caused by a jammed driver blade. Remove the head cap and see if the driver moves up and down freely - if it does then I would install a service kit. If you send the model number I can get you the correct part number.

Senco SFN 15 18 guage finish nailer won't fire. Air comes out of trigger when I pull it but the piston doesn't fire

Take off cap of tool remove wagon wheel. remove cylinder and driver on outside of cylinder there are o-rings. A large one and a small one. It might be a band instead of an o-ring. there should be bunch of tiny holes your o-ring or band is worn or missing its called a return band. Replace the O-Ring or band and you should be good to go. Alos do not forget to lubricate.

Senco SKS 1/4" stapler piston will not return. It will drive staples, but not return unless I push it back.

Replace the split O ring, I would get a rebuild kit from Senco or dealer and rebuild the unit. O rings fail, if you opt only for the O ring buy a Viton O ring preferably American made, Good Luck.
