Sunk my 2007 sea doo rxp 215. Tied it up came out in the morning it was sank. I sucked the oil out put new oil and filter and plugs started it then checked the oil everything good. Took seat off sprayed engine compartment out. I tilted the trailer up to drain put back down went to start wouldn’t start checked oil and it was milky. When I tilted it there must have been water somewhere else. Confused. I took hose off sc to check it and a bunch of water came out. What should I do

Water could be getting into the engine from the exhaust system which may not be totally drained. Remove the exhaust pipe, remove the spark plugs and turn it over with the starter. Now drain the oil, replace the plugs and try starting without the exhaust - on land - briefly. Now check the oil again. Water can only be coming from the intake or the exhaust so just keep looking for the source. Mine took quite awhile to clear but now works fine.

New 2017 seadoo spark: bought last year, runs great everytime, we take it out every 2-3 wks in the summer.

Have you tried unhooking the battery and then hooking it back this will reset the computer to default settings for the fuel injection, could fix your problem.

My 2007 sea do RXP won't shut off after the key is removed

Hello Lisa, The most likely fix is for you to check the wires connected to the engine block and verify that they are not broken. There is 1 wire that connects to the engine block then goes to the key, then from the key to the ignition coil block. When the key is in the "on" position the switch is actually open allowing the engine to run. When the switch is in the "off" position it is actually closed and shorting out the ignition block and killing the spark generation, therefore shutting down the engine. So with a broken wire the engine will not shut down at all!!

I have sea doo GTR 215 sunk on salt water. I open the engine immediately to avoid eternal corrosion. but my problem is I don't have service manual for engine torque specifiaction. can you provide me e

Pull the plugs and fill it with wd-40.
And whatever you remove just replace tightly.
Unless its a head gasket or gasket mated part, torque values aren't that critical . Too loose and they'll vibrate out. Too tight and you'll snap or strip it out. A lot of repairs at shops are seldom torqued it all goes by feeling and for the stuff that needs to be torqued like internal parts just google whatever part it is and the type of ski and it'll show in your search.

Rope ***** around shaft

Question, if it is a question not a statement, is way to ambiguous for a decent answer. Much more info needed. The answer to this would be to simply remove the rope.

Cannot an 5800rpm. hesitates from a dead start

check intercooler isnt leaking water into the intake and check the supercharger washers ! remove it and see if the cog slips between the washers , if they have not been changed to the new type then do this anyway as the old type break up and then the engine has to be stripped !!
