The contacts on the fuser may need polishing, or control boards that operate the fuser are faulty. Call for service.

Kenneth: I would remove and cover the drum carriage (to protect the drum from damage by exposure to light), and check and clean the corona wires. There is a charge corona and a transfer corona, so that's two coronas that you'll have to clean. If you can remove the coronas from the machine, you can do a better job of cleaning the coronas. A faded line down the page like you're getting could be a paper shard stuck to one of the coronas... it's been known to happen.

That code is most likly fuser code, could be blown fuse, or fuser may have to be reset by getting into service mode, Yellow key 107 red key, now in svc mode. look for tab that says mode. depress and look for code to reset fuse coul be 5810 and depress excute. turn on off that should reset fuser if code comes back you have bad fuser, fuser, lamp etc.

This indicates that the harness and/or the td sensor on the black pcu has gone bad. It is recommended to replace the black pcu to resolve the problem.

sc 590 is an exhaust fan motor error the fan could be failing as for the copy quality the pcu will probably solve that problem

remove the used bottle. Turn off the machine. Turn on the copier and follow the directions. If it does not work, turn it off again, put in a new bottle then turn on. If that doesn't work, turn it off and try to get a refund on your new bottle of toner.

that would be a machine malfunction already try to see the entrance of the printer near the ribbon if attached correctly maybe some small parts have been malfunction near the cartridge slot

first try hitting the # key , then select thick paper 2, ok, then try to copy again..

this changes heat and speed settings.

Try taking off the back covers of the machine, especially the bottom back cover. It may allow you to look into the tray from the back of the machine and allow you to see what is obstructing the tray from being pulled out. Good luck.

Use alcohol to clean all the rollers in path of paper. Make sure there are no obstructions.

The front duplex cover has a broken door switch actuator tab, you need to replace the cover , see a dealer to either get part or have tech do it, it's an quick easy fix

Most of the time it's the fuser. Measure or mark edge to edge and make a tube. That's the size of the round part making the defect.

On display panel press'user tools' look at display find 'counter' press counter .

I hate to say it but switching it off at the wall waiting a minute and then back on sometimes resets its little brain. I trust the toner cartridge is all correct for this model.
