Is it attached to the aerial/cable socket.? If it is, then the main control board has probably failed.? Changing it out is a fiddly but achievable job, but it's probably only worth it if you can pickup a used replacement part from eBay or similar.? Otherwise a brand new replacement board may be up to $150.?

Hi, Please adjust your tv's contrast and brightness to try an overcome the issue. If there are accessories linked to your tv, please temporarily remove those accessories and restart your tv to see if the issue goes away. If all else fails, a factory reset would be the next option. Thank you.

try to fine tune your tv using the remote control, or, if you had knowleged in electronics adjust the sound IF transformer using a wood stick or plastic don't use a metal in adjusting the IF
