You will need to purchase an MTN Sim Card and insert it into the phone. If your phone is locked to your current network you will need to contact them directly to get the network unlock code to allow the phone to function with the MTN sim card.

Networks will respond positively if you inform them that you are currently in a country where you are unable to get coverage and you need the phone unlocked to allow you to use another network in this exceptional circumstance.

This is the best approach as online unlocking services are unreliable in my experience and you can end up bricking your phone altogether. Make direct contact with your home network and explain the situation as outlined. They are in possession of the correct network unlock.

If the phone is already unlocked to all networks it will work straight away on the MTN sim.

You can get the unlock code from online site....

There can be many ways to Unlock your phone. As far as i know unlocking by codes is the simple and safe way. I will suggest the website Unlock-Zone.com which is doing good service and they were recommended highly in the cell phone forums. I used them to unlock my cell phone. contacted them and within 30 mins i had my unlock code and my phone was unlocked. Hope this helps.

to calibrate just the keyboard go to menu>language and keyboard> touch input>text input> calibration tool

one way is by unlock codes

First make sure ALL text msgs are deleted-incoming and outgoing. Then reboot(refresh) your phone by turning it off for 30 seconds, then turn it back on. If this doesnt work, try removing the battery for 30 seconds, replace your battery and try again. This should solve your problem. If not, contact your phone servive provider and explain the problem to them.

Contact your cellular network operator or police. Really.
