New Sanyo TV put in with existing cable box using HDMI cable plug the tv in and it won't load the channels? The cable box recognizes the Sanyo. Why aren't the channels loading?

Hi Paula, check the HDMI input, on the Sanyo TV, where the cable box is connected, it is assumed that the channels are loaded in said box Hola Paula, verifique la entrada HDMI, en el televisor Sanyo, donde esta conectada la caja de cable, se supone que los canales est?n cargados en dicha caja
