Saniflo Sanistar upflow wall hung toilet won't keep enough water level in bowl. Can't find where the float would be on it.

Some wall mount toilets can have the cistern fitted on the other side of the wall the bowl is mounted to so it appears 'Hidden'. Your float valve adjustment will be in there.

Saniflo Plus toilet backs up when flushed then drains slowly. I just replaced the entire unit because the old one was doing the same thing. Any suggestions?

If drain is not clogged, check vent pipe to make sure it is clear. Sometimes birds or other critters build nests.

My saniflo makes a very loud noise when in use. I have used the Saniflow descaler but this hasn't helped?

Dear Pearl, Please look up the Saniflo phone number on your computer, and call them and ask them. Both my son ( in Indiana) and myself ( in Florida) have Saniflo systems, and both of us have had VERY good success with calls to Saniflo. God bless your efforts.

The bowl in my saniflo toilet has very low water level, and is getting lower. Would you please let me know how to fix this? Thank you, Erin

I know absolutely nothing about the Saniflo system other than the very basic working principle but logically there must be a vent or an airbreak between the macerator/pump unit and the toilet bowl or the pump would tend to create a depression in the container and draw water from the toilet bowl...

I, here in Florida, and my son, up in Indiana, both have Saniflo machines. We have had them for many years. I recommend you look them up on your computer and give them a phone call. We both have done so a few times, and that company is always super helpful. God bless your efforts.

My sanivite 3 has a washer connected to the bottom

A washing machine discharges water water at a very high velocity and high capacity. This is far more waste water than the pump was designed to handle. The washer discharge must be connected to what's called an "indirect waste", that is, it must discharge into a laundry tub or sump, so that the excess can be stored until it can be taken by the pump. The specific code that governs this is in chapter 27 of the International Residential Code. Also in the manufacturers instructions, they allow the discharge from a washing machine ,through an indirect waste. [sic] "The Sanivite is a drain pump that is ideally suitable for use in a basement apartment or anywhere in the house where additional fixtures are most wanted. It will pump waste water away from a variety of sources such as: a kitchen sink, laundry sink, washing machine ***(indirect connection)***, dishwasher, bar sink, etc." This pump will never be able to handle the discharge directly and you need to provide a receptor to accommodate a washing machine. Is there any possibility of adding a laundry tub adjacent the washer and Sanivite pump?

My Saniflo pumps water out but doesn't stop running. What could it be? I looked inside and there is no blockage around the motor.

It is time to have your unit "overhauled". I have one in Florida, as does my son in the Chicago area. Both of these needed "overhaul " after they were about 8 years old. God bless your efforts.
