Hello to all staff of

When you selected format from the menu you have erased all the data in the internal memory. This is not someone you should need to do normally and is generally only provided in case the device gets corrupted or you want to delete all your music. I suggest you get hold of your user manual and read the part on how to reformat the internal memory. You may need to hook it up to a desktop or laptop computer to do this so have a USB lead handy.

Samsung YP-K5JZBY

Your device is not compatible with your existing OS. XP is wonderful operating system but, unfortunately, there are newer devices that will not work in that environment. Bet you a cup of coffee that if you attempt to install it in a later computer with, say, windows 7 it will work!

Need help with TURNING THE THING ON!

I recently bought a Chinese made multimeter and was dismayed to discover the instructions were unreadable (to me). I contacted the supplier and an English version was emailed to me very quickly. Perhaps if you contacted the supplier or manufacturer you will find them as helpful. Once you receive the instructions you will be be able to determine whether your Mp3 player is faulty. The link below should take you to an English manual if the Chinese internet censorship will allow it... https://www.manualslib.com/manual/146928/Samsung-Yepp-Sports-Yp-60h.html?page=3#manual

Memory capacity

Yes it should. I would remove all of the contents on card and save them then reformat the card and check to see if the full space is available. If not there is freeware available to restore these things to correct amount. If it cannot be done then the card has an issue and needs to be replaced.

Can't get the usb port to accept the mp4 player.

Switch on your Mp4 player and connect it to the usb port. Your computer should produce a message "New Hardware Detected". If you don't get such a message either the lead, the usb port or the Mp4 player is faulty. If you do get such a message, if your computer can't find and instal the right drivers automatically there will be another message or the Found New Hardware wizard will appear. By following the onscreen instructions your computer should be able to search the internet for suitable drivers. In any eventuality, when connected the Mp4 player should appear in the My Computer window and if it doesn't it isn't connected.

My Samsung YP-T10 mp3 player has audio issues

Have you tried another set of headphones/earbuds? Some have multiple drivers for different frequencies, some have a single element. If another set doesn't have the same problem it's probably just the earphones.

My mp3 player doesn't work, i just doesn't turn on, the screen is completly off

Try using a known good power plug. If it still doesn't work, you possibly have a bad power jack, which can be fixed at a your local TV repair shop. It might just need to be re-soldered.
