Hello, there is a problem with your monitors picture tube. May be it might have been damaged as a result of over power or even because of over use. Just try to change the picture tube or change your Monitor.

Hi, I strongly suggest you get the customer services out again as quick as you can this has faulty screen. Don't let them fob you off tell them it's still under warranty since their engineer came out to fix it this sounds like a faulty printed circuit inside the monitor. Your description suggests the fault is with the screen, not the system. Can you you test that by connecting both screens to a buddy's computer? When first powers up display is fine suggests a bad solder joint, revealing itself after heating up.

It could be that the fans (and cooling vents) are dirty. Try compressed air and a gentle vacuum.

Under the Preview section you can select a resolution and refresh rate, and then the preview image shows how full-screen applications will appear on the screen, using the selected scaling configuration. These are classed as dead pixel lines, unfortunately the screen LCD is Broken, personally just live it up or buy a second hand replacement.

Be sure computer is actually starting. Power off then on computer you should see the boot sequence and then windows screen on monitor. If you do not see startup sequence monitor is not sleeping either the monitor has failed or the video card has failed. Try another monitor first.

It sounds Heat related. As the monitor heats up, it begins going crazy. Maybe unplug and blow out with compressed air. Hope this gives you some ideas.

The only time I had something similar to this happening is when the video card was over heating. Could need an updated video driver also. Do you have any other video outputs on the computer, you might try that, or even if you have another monitor you could try.
