Replace everything again and set up the quiescent current. If the current will not adjust, find the fault and try again.

device manager will not lie to you if shows up there or on the wifi/BT card. the driver must be a match there, no phone told. no laptop told why ask 3 way connections? tablet/phone to laptop. my guess a phone to laptop neither told:? IDK

The connecting cable or the video card would be the first suspects. Try a different cable to connect the monitor first, if there is no change, the video card in the computer would be second to look at. Can simply connect a different monitor to your computer to troubleshoot this. If the testing monitor works, it will be the graphics card that is the issue.

that was SOP on all laptops made, that test. not new facts ,sorry in fact that battery is #1 cause of PC failure.!!! #1 ! and can be intermittent as heck. do not let lame bad batteries fool you. buy one fresh. keep in mind the charge chip can shut down if it thinks it might cause a battery fire, and it saw a gross overload or 1 battery cells was shorted ,. and the short might even self clear. and all that is bad do no use any battery that acts ODD, google sony battery fire recalls. oops things changed.

The charger could be bad then. I would try using another charger to see if the problem will stop appearing.

The power button is the right-most button closest to the right side of the monitor.

• after all there is windows drivers dead , missing, or infected

1. that means power off the PC, fully, even remove huge battery
2. and AC power pack
3. put back only AC power pack and push power for 10 full seconds and release and quickly at splash samsung ,hammer the f2 key. like like woodywoodpeckerbird, and bios Page1 happens if fails repeat all this. Keep old battery out.
4. if still fails, the coin cell is dead.
5. if still fails the keyboard cable is bad or lose.
