Saeco Royal Professional. It has a false grinder blocked error.

The false grinder blocked error on the Saeco Royal Professional can be caused by several issues. Here are a few things you can try to troubleshoot and fix the problem:
  1. Check the grinder sensor: The grinder sensor is responsible for detecting if the grinder is blocked. Check if the sensor is dirty or blocked by coffee grounds. Clean the sensor with a dry cloth or brush.
  2. Check the grinder gears: The grinder gears may be worn out or damaged, preventing the motor from turning the burrs. Check if the gears are damaged or dirty, and clean or replace them if necessary.
  3. Check the motor: The grinder motor may be faulty and not providing enough power to the burrs. Check if the motor is spinning freely and not making any unusual noises. If the motor is not working correctly, it may need to be replaced.
  4. Reset the machine: Sometimes, resetting the machine can clear the false error message. Unplug the machine for a few minutes, then plug it back in and see if the error message disappears.
If none of these solutions work, you may need to contact a professional to diagnose and repair the issue.

Water tank leaking leaking on my Magic Comfort espresso machine. Does not seal properly when set.

It sounds like the water tank on your Saeco Magic Comfort+ espresso machine is not sealing properly, causing it to leak. Here are a few things you can try to fix the problem:
  • Check the gasket seal on the water tank. The gasket is a rubber ring that helps create a tight seal when the tank is in place. Make sure that the gasket is in good condition and that it is properly seated in the tank.
  • Make sure the tank is properly aligned and seated on the machine. The tank should be flush against the machine and the locking mechanism should be securely in place.
  • Clean the tank and the area where the tank sits on the machine. Any debris or buildup can prevent a proper seal from forming.
  • Check the locking mechanism for any damage or debris.
  • If the issue still persists, you may have to replace the gasket or the water tank, you should consider reaching out to the manufacturer customer service or a technician for assistance.
It is also worth to check the user manual to see if there is any troubleshooting steps or warranty information. It is important to keep in mind that the water tank of an espresso machine is under pressure, and if the machine is leaking, it could be a sign of a bigger problem with the machine, so it is best to address the issue as soon as possible to avoid any further damage.

Saeco Exprelia Evo shows heating up message then restarts without any error message. This repeats every few seconds with an occasional refill water message in between.

The issue you are describing with your Saeco Exprelia Evo coffee machine, where it displays a "heating up" message and then restarts without any error message, could be caused by a few different issues. Here are a few things you can check:
  1. Check the water tank: Make sure that the water tank is properly filled and that there are no blockages in the water supply line. If the water tank is empty or there is a blockage in the water supply line, the machine will not be able to heat up properly and will display a "refill water" message.
  2. Check the brew group: Make sure that the brew group is properly seated and that there is no debris or blockages preventing the flow of water through the brew group. If the brew group is not properly seated or there is a blockage, the machine will not be able to heat up properly.
  3. Check the heating element: Make sure that the heating element is functioning properly. If the heating element is not functioning properly, the machine will not be able to heat up.
  4. Check the thermostat: Make sure that the thermostat is functioning properly. If the thermostat is not functioning properly, the machine will not be able to heat up properly.
  5. Check the boiler pressure switch: Make sure that the boiler pressure switch is functioning properly. If the boiler pressure switch is not functioning properly, the machine will not be able to heat up.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, I would recommend contacting the manufacturer's customer support for further assistance. They may be able to provide additional troubleshooting steps or may recommend a qualified technician to repair the machine. It's worth noting that these type of issues are usually caused by a malfunctioning component, and that attempting to fix it without proper knowledge could cause more damage and might void the warranty.

Saeco Aulika Focus - Sup040

It sounds like there may be a problem with the coffee grounds drawer sensor. You might try cleaning the sensor and making sure it is properly aligned. If that doesn't fix the issue, it's possible that the sensor itself is damaged and will need to be replaced. If you are not familiar with troubleshooting and repairing electronic devices, it may be best to seek the help of a professional repair technician.

Saeco Incanto Deluxe, ventilate problem

VENTILATE ERROR at 27,211 brew cycles on 12/31/22. I read that a stuck Flow Meter might be the cause of the error. A Factory Reset was suggested, so I did that and the Ventilate Error cleared, but it returned on the 1st brew cycle. Since the pump works fine and I had nothing to lose, I continued Ventilating and let the water tank empty, so it really needed to Ventilate. Started with 1 liter of the hottest tap water available, I allowed the tank to empty and then Ventilated using 1.5 liters of boiling water. The Flow Meter must have cleared because I was offered Hot Water or Steam. In the end, the machine is working fine. I had to re-program all of the settings because of the Factory Reset, but my machine lives on. 2023 here we come.

Saeco coffee machine with a red blinking exclamation point light won't make coffee, how do I fix it?

When the red exclamation point is flashing slow, something is not where it is supposed to be, bean hopper lid, door, brew mech, water tank empty, dregs box or water tray on dregs container is full. If the red exclamation point is flashing quickly, open the steam valve for pump priming. If pump turns on, and water passes correctly, the light should go off and return to heating stage. If not, we have a blockage or a pump that is not working correctly.

I have a saeco synthia that does not dispense enough water for espresso or full regular coffee. I have discaled twice and cleaned the brew group!!!

Hi, Please double check that you're using a good water filter to lower the need to descale. Also, please make sure that you're refilling with cold water and not hot. And also double check that each espresso you make is being poured into the recommended size container by the manufacturer otherwise you would run into this problem based on the small size of the water tank (ie 40 oz). Thank you.

Why is coffee dispensed through only one spout on my saeco hd8763 coffee machine, and why is dreg drawer filled with water and not only coffee residu

First, I'm NOT a Saeco technician, But I have worked on similar machines. *** You should contact your service vendor. Especially if it's still under warranty. The following is for information only.*** * The spout dispencing only on one side can be caused by an uneven table/counter. A clogged spout. and a crooked spout (got banged out of alighnment) * Water in the dregs. Check if the pucks are watery or there is just water at the bottom of the tray? * Watery pucks are from low coffee dose or low compression. * Water in the tray is the overflow from one of the water systems. * There are really no customer serviceable parts in this machine. Though there are a lot of adventurous people out there that like to tinker with this machine. * again, call for service. Aloha, ukeboy57 P.S. check you tube for your model and brand. many sites with D.I.Y. cleaning and servicing of this machine.
