Rowenta Pro Precision won't stop steaming until the tank runs dry.

Rowenta irons have a propensity for leaking. Most users do not add water to the tank but instead use a spritz bottle to dampen the fabric and then use the dry iron.

Rowenta DW2190 model auto-off problem. 10-15 seconds after turning iron on, auto-off light begins flashing and iron does not heat up. Tried gently shaking the iron to disable auto-off with no luck.

The "anti-calc" light came on my Rowenta Compact Steam station so I emptied the tank and cleaned out the calc. Now the tank is full but the "water" light flashes and the unit won't turn on.

Re: the Rowenta DW5000 iron, is there an on/off switch? It seems to turn on automatically when plugged in, but instructions say to turn off before unplugging, and we can't determine how to do so.

If it is left on the iron will automatically turn itself off.
