Retractable cord

Don't be in such a rush to repair your Rowena when the cord won't retract. Simply spray the opening with silicone spray and wait 20 minutes. Hit the retract button and VOILA!!!!!

I am having issues with my steam generator iron. I

I think lime and calcification are the culprit. Use some "CLR" at Home depot, can decalcify the build up on your irons pressure cap. I have the Rowenta Steam Station. Love it! Cheers, Embroidery Services San Diego, CA

My new rowenta steam iron is flashing the on button and no steam is coming out of the iron?

It the heat setting turned up? If yes, If its still under warranty, my advice is that you take it back to the seller and ask them to have it checked out.
