Does preem kill grassas growing out of ponds
I would not use Preen in your pond. Preen is a pre-emergent and needs to tie up in the top 2" of your soil. It does not kill existing grasses and weeds, only the germinating seed as the meristem evolves. Use a product specifically designed for aquatic use.
I recently used ROUNDUP on a lawn The product did
Your grass is probably dead as well. Roundup is a non selective herbicide and will kill anything green. So take care when applying. Even green stems of young trees. Shield from spray when spraying. The best is to plant new grass. Roundup stays active in the soil for around two weeks despite what Monsanto says so add new topsoil when laying new runners or a new block of grass. Rain is no issue except within 6 hours of treatment. You can water the lawn with no problem now. Good luck and take care-Roundup is a poison that does affect our hormonal balances especially women.
How much Roundup do you mix in one gallon of
If you have the concentrate (label reads Concentrate Plus), the amount of Roundup will depend on the plants you want to kill. Use 6 fl oz (12 tablespoons) for 1 gallon for most plants. If you have seedlings or easy to kill weeds, use 3 fl oz (6 tablespoons) per gallon.
The Super Concentrate may have a different rate. The labels are usually on the manufacturer's web site as PDFs.
I hope this helps.

Roundup superconceterte mixing
I assume you are talking mixing ratios. In most cases a 1% roundup to water mixture will kill many plants. On very stubborn species you can go to a 2% concentrate but anything above that in my opinion you're just wasting your money. More isn't always better when it comes to weed killers.
What does preen do for water plants
Absolutely nothing. Preen is a pre-emergent type product that prevents the germination of seeds buried in the soil. Once the plant is actively growing Preen has no effect. In fact, if your using Preen-Green you're actually aiding to the plants growth. Extreme caution should be used when placing any chemicals into a water source.
I got a roundup sprayer at a garage sale. I don't
The handle pushes down and locks to be carry or to unscrew it. Push handle down, then twist left to unscrew. It may take a bunch of force to start. Better to hold the sprayer down and relieve all pressure before doing the unscrew.
