Loaded Start disc. When
Version 3/4: Error 9123 during Language CD installation
This error message relates to Version 3 and Version4. If you receive a 9123 error message during language installation, try one of the following resolutions:

Clean the disc with alcohol/windex/water and a soft cloth and try installing again.

Disable your internet security program, especially Norton or Symantec Security and try installing again.

How do I remove the lock on the lessons?
