Loses memory
you have the memory lead on the radio wired up to a switched wire, this wire needs constant power, like straight to the battery or to a constant power source in your fusebox.
Not working
I removed mine and stripped it down there is a silver inner and outer panel on it be careful when dismantling it on the inner silver panel at the top towards the left hand side theres a straight piece of metal about an inch long on a pivot it should have 2 springs attached at each end my spring on the left hand side had come off i reattached it to the left you can see were it attaches because theres notches on the metal opposite it Then mine worked fine hope this helps
