Press Mode until the time/date screen shows on watch face. Hold Set for a second or two and quickly press Mode. The Hour should begin flashing, meaning you can now adjust it. Press the Adj button repeatedly to scroll through each hour and once it is correct, press Mode again to move onto next item. You can adjust Hour, then Minutes, Month, Date, Day of the week, and Seconds. If you wait too long you'll have to start again at Set and go through each item by pressing Mode. Press Set after you've adjusted the final item you want, or stop pressing buttons and the reset will eventually time out and flashing will stop.
