Most likely a fake watch. Rolex makes white gold, yellow gold, platinum and stainless steel watches. Almost always solid metal parts and not plated. It sounds as the plating on your watch is worn through and the underlying metal is oxidizing.

Ive wound watch about 40 times it runs for about 3 minutes then stops again

I have the same watch 20 years old. I cannot wind this watch. it is self winding , which is generated by arm or wrist movement. i purchased a box for times I won't be wearing. Will rotate watch 5 minutes every hour ( belt driven- only use that other winders say gear my experience is belt drive more reliable) if you have to wind this watch I would question if it is real Rolex.

Watch stops after wearing for a few hours

Self winding watches need motion ( wrist twist) without they can stop. Sometimes just shake your wrist for a few seconds. I purchased a winder box for times I don't wear. ( Amazon)! it is belt driven winder, rotates watch 5 minutes every hour.

Why doesn't it keep running?

It needs to be worn to self wind. I actually bought a winding box so I put watch away it will be turned as if on your wrist. These vary and having owned a couple of winders I chose one that is belt driven, found on Amazon. if you wear it to sleep it may wind down. Playing video games ,little wrist motion, may find it stopped. you mentioned someone to.d you it was fully wound! How can they tell. I cannot wind mine if yours needs winding from stem you may not have real Rollex.

SETTING DATE JUST ROLEX

After you unscrew the crown it is already in winding position. If you pull the crown, it will go to the date setting position. Further pull of crown will set it in time setting position. Try to pull the crown till you get it in correct date setting position and change the desired date. Do not use the date setting between 10pm - 2am, as this can damage date mechanism. The best way is to pull out crown to the time setting position and set the time to 6.30(anytime) and then push the crown in to date setting position and change the date to the previous day's date. Then again pull the crown out to the time setting position and advance hands forwards (clock wise) till hands pass 12.00 (midnight) and the date changes automatically to the desired one, then adjust the time, push the crown fully in and screw the crown on.

I have A rolex number 8933 it it real

Only a reputable jeweler or pawn broker could tell you that and then only if you let the see it. There is no way to authenticate anything from a verbal description or a simple number. They are too easy to imitate.

My rolex is fack or real are inform that?

A strong clue will be where you bought it from. Genuine Rolex watches mostly do not find their way into the hands of dubious characters unless they are the proceeds of crime. Most Rolex watches that are honestly obtained tend to be sourced from high class jewellers and watch-makers and when the owner wants a change or needs to liquidate the value they tend to return to these establishments or to a rather exclusive sort of pawnbroker. All Rolex watches have value as prestige timepieces or as collectibles and even the oldest and least desirable carry a price tag of around a couple of thousand pounds Sterling and good prices can be obtained for damaged and none-working examples. If you bought your Rolex from a prestige establishment with a strong reputation and paid Rolex money for it there is a good chance it is genuine, though it would be a good idea to obtain a second opinion from a Rolex approved outlet or service centre. If your watch was at a bargain price and not from a prestige outlet there is a strong chance it is a fake and again it would be wise to obtain a qualified opinion about this. It is not a good idea to pay high insurance premiums for a watch assumed to be worth thousands of pounds when in reality it is worth only hundreds or even less.

How to set the time and date to my rolex, and if under number 6 when you remove bracelet i don't have number that means is a fake?

That number does correspond with a genuine Rolex. Stop Ina watch repair store where they actually do the work. I have not seen a knock off with a serial numbers or model number stamped between the case lugs. Hope this helps.
