My 24v 1500w inverter cuts out when i use my 700w microwave?

For example a fridge will start with a power of 2 to 3kva then after start up it goes down to its normal power of 700va to 1kva .
Your inverter will continue to switch off if your if you battery is
  1. Low i.e. it is not fully charged
  2. Has a low ampere rating
The solution is to get a battery with a higher ampere rating like 200ampere/hour and above, connect it in parallel to the other battery i.e. the positive terminal to the positive terminal, the negative terminal to the negative terminal. This additional will accommodate the excess power needed for the microwave to start up.

Note that it is not advisable, to use this type of power appliance on a small inverter .Use a battery with the same volt rating i.e. a if you use a 24volts battery get another 24volts battery with a higher ampere rating

I got a RPPI 2500W from a flea market it came with no paper work

run a single hot wire directly from the battery to the inverter and use a single ground wire the ground the inverter. Suggest you add an inline fuse to the 'hot' line to protect the inverter.

I have a road pro rppi converter light links

It blinks because your computer is drawing too much current. Most of these give an exaggerated wattage range, and never give details about the true amperage available. the average laptop uses 3.0 to 4.X amps and is too much for these mini inverters. But they work fine on cell phone chargers.

Green and red light are blinking on roadpro 300 power inverter

if the inverter is working and the fan is just starting and stopping the fan must be bad, but if it is not supplying power the inverter control is bad

Went u turn it on the red lite comes on and wont

Sadly replacement is the best option. It is just not cost effective to get the inverter repaired.

The cost starts out about 150.00.

Best option is to take it back to where you purchased it and hope you can get a new one.

Hope this tip helps.

Am a seven each power inverters owner.

Recommendations: Purchase a Pure sine inverter 1500 watt. We have had one of these running 24 seven for almost a year now.

I received RoadPro RPAT 774 as a gift sometime

It should have an AC cord that plugs into the case, but if the battery inside is a lead acid type, it may have sulfated to the point that it won't accept charge. You may have to remove the battery from the case and try to charge it with a small external charger overnight. Hope this helps!

Have several non working inverters

I have had this happen a few times.

Sadly replacement is the Best option.
Repairs can be %75 the cost of a new one.

The best invert we have been using is a Pure Sine 1500 watt inverter.

Sad news but hope this tip helps.

How do I overcome a fault on my 1500 watt power

There is a relay inside the unit. The sensing circuit causes a relay to close and this is what gives you the light and turns off the power. The relay is stuck or the sensing circuit is bad.
