Remove rear wheel from bike. Deflate tube by removing valve stem. Tire should remove easily by pulling rim of tire over the rim. IF difficult, take to local bike shop for assistance

Greasing is not usually done on this bike. If your need to grease it, you probably need a better bike. Contact your local bike shop

Because they are loose on the post. Tighten post. Contact local bike shop for assistance

Gears slip because gear cable has slack in it. Take it to local bike shop for correct repairs

Your shifter has a little tab screw on the side of it, tighten it. If your having issues, contact your local bike shop for asistance

The only thing I can recommend is go to Walmart, ask them. Or look for a Roadmaster on their shelves, look for a website in the booklet hanging on thebike

any open hand wrench will be able to assist you in this. you may need to use an 8 or 10 mm maybe even a 14.
